How do I make my teeth really white? Any home teeth whitener solution? I've smoked cigarettes on and off for a good part of my life. I'd like to have really white teeth. My teeth aren't super dark or anything, but they are a little yellow from the nicotene. Anything I should do or use for home teeth whitener to make them super white again before I started smoking?

I've always thought about natural teeth whitening when I was younger. Baking soda can whiten your teeth but it won't make a big difference. Try that first and if you can't wait a few months to see the results, my suggestion would be a whitening kit. I actually got a free trial on a whitening kit and so far so good. Really good. I got my close friend to do it and her teeth are already standing out. No more 'natural teeth whitening' handing on my shoulders.
