Most of them does but not 100%. If its not being taken care of, then that will be a different case. There isn't really a reason, Americans just have nice white long teeth.
No it's certainly not the case, some people have devoted hours to shininess, which makes them look goofy at some point, like the oompa loompas who tan vigorously.
Between the ages of 13 to 50 I'd say just about! A lot of people here in America has become so "copycat" that they are losing there own personal beauty. It's like you see one set of smiling teeth, "you've seen them all" I know that was a cliche, but it is the truth and it becomes a boring smile and for some it changes there face so much that they lose their once unique pretty smile to a mannequin looking one. The same goes with hair and body. It's scary. There is several veneer, or overlay procedures that a Dentist can do that will whiten and fill in gaps. Some people go as far as having their teeth all pulled and having surgery to have screw in implanted teeth at 5,000 to 10,000 a pop! (per tooth) And there is another route where a person has their teeth pulled and has false dentures made that snap in on 4 metal posts that have been drilled in the bones, it's called prosthetic teeth. If you want whiter teeth than use any toothpaste and swish a mixture of 50% water and 50% peroxide (the kind you buy for an antiseptic) do this daily, gargle with it too, it the best breath deodorizer because it kills the bacteria that causes bad breath to begin with.

A trick to get your teeth white though is to brush with 3% hydrogen peroxide, use 3% hydrogen peroxide as mouth wash (don't rinse with water,) and directly after that floss your teeth with the unrinsed hydrogen peroxide still slightly in your mouth. It's great! I have such white teeth now it's amazing!

The only Americans that are beautiful are the ones that support and defend the U.S. Constitution. Everyone else can take a hike.
