How do you get you teeth to be white? Where you dont have to buy the high price stuff?

Question by MaryJo: How do you get you teeth to be white? Where you dont have to buy the high price stuff?
Some people tell me Bleach or Proxide help whiten you teeth but I dont know if that will work or not. Let me know what to use besides high price stuff
I do brush my teeth as well

    Hi um my friend is a dentist she told me that the best way is to do it with "Zoom Technology", she said its save as well. Um also I dont think there is a cheap way that will give you the result that you want.

    If you don't want to go with a bleach or peroxide solution there are a couple ways:
    1) They make toothrbrushes designed to be paired with an extra whitening toothpaste that will help whiten your teeth
    2) Whitening tooth paste used regularily (stuff like Arm and Hammer is great)
    3) Listerine night whitening works AMAZING.
    4) If you want to go even cheaper, create a thick paste with baking soda (tastes like butt) and use it after brushing to brush your teeth. Let is sit for a few minutes (don't swallow, unless you want a mild tummy ache - unless you have indigestion!) Then rince. Do this as part of your routine.
    5) Avoid coffee and cigarettes
