Can you find a solution for bleaching your teeth? I've seen people in everyday life, not just celebrities that have really good white teeth. Is this because they avoid food staining products like sodas? Any bleaching your teeth products I can use that has worked for you?

I don't suggest teeth bleaching because i think it wears down the enamel and weakens your teeth. . .try crest whitestrips and mouthwash.. . . . .my cousin used the whitestrips and they worked well for her

How do I make my teeth really white? Any celebrity teeth white solution? I've smoked cigarettes on and off for a good part of my life. I'd like to have really white teeth. My teeth aren't super dark or anything, but they are a little yellow from the nicotene. Anything I should do or use for celebrity teeth white to make them super white again before I started smoking?

Nicotine staining usually responds quite well to teeth whitening. But if you want the whitening effect to last, you need to stop smoking. To whiten nicotine stained teeth, you need those whitening product that can penetrate the surface of your enamel. So whitening toothpaste is not effective as it contain only a gentle abrasive plus some chemical polishing agents.
Here are some suggestions to whiten your stained teeth:
1. Tooth whitening gel - Teeth whitening gels are peroxide based, and they are applied over the teeth with a small brush. Self application gel kits are available that can be used at home. The kit usually comes with a peroxide gel-filled mouth tray that is fitted to your teeth. They are simple to use, reasonably affordable, and effective.
2. Whitening strips - Teeth whitening strips come in the form of a sticky tape that may be directly applied across the front the teeth. They contain a bleaching solution that incorporates a peroxide compound, and are usually used twice a day for about half an hour each time.

If you aren't looking to pay anything:
DON'T USE BAKING SODA!
It tastes terrible.
Use hydrogen peroxide, yes, hydrogen peroxide. The kind that you use to clean a cut.
Brush your teeth with this before you use toothpaste, you'll see good results after a few days.
If you want to buy something, use Crest Whitestrips.

Brushing your teeth after every meal will prevent your teeth from getting any worse. And of course keeping away from coffee, tea and smoking will help too. ;-)

The crest whitening strips work pretty good. I notice a difference the first few times I used it, but the more I used them though the less difference I saw.

As far as the whitening tooth paste and mouth washes, they don't seem to do anything at all.

What worked the best for me was this mail order stuff from teethwhiten.com, it worked really quickly. They had a free sample offer so you can try it out and see how it works for yourself.

I also use the Vivid White Crest toothpaste....

I mean using the strips and toothpaste definitely did brighten my smile, and whiten my teeth but I would like it whiter, because I was expecting more from the strips. Anything will help!

If you are already using the strips and the toothpaste, I imagine there isn't much more you can do without damaging your enamel. Stick with the strips a little longer and make sure you're taking excellent care of your mouth and they should be as white as they can be. If you're not worried about your enamel, try brushing with baking soda to whiten your smile. Good luck!
