I don't know but I have always wondered that too. Do people really stay away from soda, coffee, tea,
and smoking. Maybe they do or they have that secret that only few know. Good luck

For sparkling teeth, brushing of teeth once a day with table salt, lime juice and rough ash got from burning paddy husk is also suggested.
