yes, you can use an an home whitening system using custom trays. These at home trays use the same active ingredients as your dentist They are fiddly - sometimes you have to mold and trim the trays to fit and then you have to put the bleaching gel on and wait around for 15-30 mins with a tray in your mouth - but they do work and will cost much less than $ 500 - more like $ 50.

whiten tooth? I recommend brushing with baking soda once a day and finishing up brushing with toothpaste. Sonicare toothbrushes work wonders and rinse with hydrogen (swish and spit ). If you want a faster, better alternative, I heard teeth whitening kits do wonders. I haven't tried it myself but my mother has and she's loving it. She said she got a special deal with a free trial kit online. It solved her 'whiten tooth' problem. I don't know if they stopped doing it or if it's still available but you can check it out below.
