You need to get a bleaching aka whitening kit. From you dentist. The take home in my opinion is better than the one hour under the light, because of sensitivity issues and price. That is the result at the end of the treatment will be the same the onlly ifference is how fast you want it. And youre paying a lot more money for speed. with that money you save you can purchase touch up kits.
Zoom has a three day formula called weekender. If you start friday, you will be done by monday. Plus one you have your custom trays ou can get refills online and save a ton on professinal grade bleach.

congrats on your new smile! id say just buy those crest premium white strips...the strongest ones they have, which you can buy in most any drug/grocery store. i think theyre around 50 bucks or less, but everyone i know who has used them has gotten great, dramatic results. some people have some gum sensitivity at first, so just be aware of that. good luck
ReplyDeletewell,
ReplyDeleteStrawberrys
Baking Soda (Just put alittle bit on your toothbrush)
Peroxycline (same as peroxide, but peroxide bleach's hair)
Toothpaste - Colgate Total (works well)
Mouthwash - Colgate FluiriGuard (works well)
Buy a Crest Pro Spinbrush. I bought one a week ago for $ 7.99 [plus tax] and my teeth are about 3 shades whiter by just using the brush and regular toothpaste. The brush has a round brush that spins on top, and a square brush that moves up and down on the bottom. Your teeth will be squeaky clean after you use it, and the stains I had on my teeth are almost gone, and like I said my teeth are about 3 shades whiter in only a week.
ReplyDeleteCommercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries but certain precautions have to be taken. I found the information at http://www.aches.in/toothwhitening.html
