i quit smoking, drinking coffee and i don't drink much soda or eat blueberry pie or anything else that can stain my teeth. Will my teeth get whiter eventually with regular brushing/flossing and how long will it take? Or do i have to get my teeth whitened or bleached or whatever?

its been proven that once you quit smoking your teeth actually become more decayed and that is when they grow yellow. its the times between smoking that makes your teeth look all pissed on.
