I've had braces off for a year, and I had bleaching trays, they didnt seem to work too well. I heard the crest strips damage tooth enamel , and only whiten the front of your tooth. Whats something I can do to get the BAM white smile? But not SUPER white. Or is there a toothpaste I can try?

You can go to the dentist and pay $ 400 to make it white

Try mixing baking soda, and hydrogen peroxide together, and brushing your teeth with it. After about 2 days (brushing twice a day) you will start having whiter, cleaner looking teeth! :D
ReplyDeleteBefore brushing do a "Dry Brush" (no water) and then get tooth brush and wet and put baking soda on it brush what ever part of your mouth that you wat white and Scrub!! it will taste Very bad but it works and when finished put tooth paste on brush and do as normal.
