i recently got my braces off and want to whiten my teeth on at a low cost. I cant afford the expensive in office treatments, so what is the best kinda of over the counter strips or trays?

Baking soda is great..seriously!!But it doesnt taste very nice.

if you want to permanently damage your enamel when the whiting product makes little microscopic holes to clean out your teeth then use white strips.
