The best tooth whitening you will find is in office bleaching; UOP has it monday nights I think (its in pacific heights).
As for out of office. dentist made tray with prescription bleach is next best, after that I like crest white strips. I wouldn't bother with celebrity anything.

they get them whitened by a dentist and most of them have veneers...thats the only way to get "celebrity" white teeth but it will cost you a few hundred to get them whitened. For something cheaper I would suggest Crest White Strips and I totally recommend Aquafresh Extreme Clean w/ Whitening Action. People always tell me how white my teeth are and thats all I use :-)

Fairly important. They don't need to be gleaming white (preferably not that fake neon white that celebrities have), but they shouldn't be too stained.

you do them for an hour once a day for seven days. you really only need to do them for three or four to see a difference.

The best teeth whitening product around right now is Idol White. It's a pen type applicator that you use to apply whitening gel on your teeth. It's easy to use and you get really fast results.
It's also pretty popular among celebrities, it's the one that the Kardashians are promoting.
